(1) It is necessary for all students to observe Shariat in all spheres of life. Adherence to duties and obligations, avoidance of taboos and avoidance of undesirable affairs are necessary, in practical life repeated violations of Shariat may result in expulsion.
(2) It is necessary to observe congregational prayers at all five times. Non-Sharia excuses in this regard will not be accepted at all. Repeatedly abandoning prayer and congregation will be expelled from the institution.
(3) Students must respect all the teachers of the madrassa, regardless of their subject, misbehavior with any teacher is an unforgivable crime.
(4) Strike, sectarianism and expression of regional and ethnic hatred in madrassa is an unforgivable crime. This is not allowed under any circumstances, Sadrul Madraseen, President and members of the committee can be contacted to resolve the problem.
(5) Every student must meet the academic standards of the madrassa. A student who does not meet the academic standards of the madrassa may be expelled.
(6) In every case, the decision of the Principal, Secretary and President of the institution shall be the final decision. The student or his guardian does not have the right to protest and investigate any decision.
(7) A student who leaves the institution without a reasonable excuse before completing his studies may have to pay compensation for the expenses incurred by him on the demand of Arbab Madrasa.
(8) Madrasah owners try their best to protect every student, but still the Madrasah will not be responsible for any accident, and if any accident happens outside the Madrasah during the vacation time, the Madrasah is not responsible for it. Will be.
(9) All madrasah teachers are in charge of students, so any teacher can punish any student. No student has the right to object whether they are specifically their teacher or not.
(10) Expulsion or punishment of any student may be prosecuted if the student or his guardian commits any objectionable act.
(11) Madrasa principals can make any law and regulations as needed. Every student must follow it, violation will not be tolerated at all.
(12) The prescribed uniform of the institution (black sadri, black turban, white kurta pajama) is mandatory for the student during study and in case of going out of the institution.
(13) The guardian of the student shall visit at least once a year for the academic assessment of his/her child, and check the academic report by phone every month.
(14) It is a crime for a student to use tobacco, paan, beedi, cigarette, paan masala, etc. (tobacco type). He will deserve severe punishment if caught. Also, the student cannot keep a tape, radio, mobile and press etc., any student who has a multimedia mobile will be expelled from the institution without exception.
(15) Children below 13 years of age will not be allowed to go alone while going home on vacation. Guardians should take care of this.
(16) The student is required to submit copy of birth certificate and identity card of his/her father/guardian at the time of admission.
(17) It is very important for the student to adhere to the specified academic hours, if the student is unable to attend classes due to illness or any other excuse, then submit an application to the Sadar-ul-Madrasin and get the leave approved.
(18) The student's family is required to ensure that the student is in his home during the holidays, and that he observes the Shari'ah, especially congregational prayers.
These rules and regulations require clarification from the student and their guardian that the student will fully comply with the above conditions, and in case of violation, the institution will be happy to accept whatever punishment is proposed.
