Institutional Department

Reading department

There is a good and standard education in reciting Hafs and reciting Saba'. Along with the teaching of the important books of Art of Tajweed, full attention is given to practicing different accents and finishing the entire Qur'an with tadweer wa hadr. The teachers are well trained and skilled in the art. Therefore, every year, talented and diligent students graduate from here and go to other places to spread the spirit of teaching Quran in a good way.

Department of Conservation

Memorization is taught with care by competent and sincere teachers, who are engaged in improving the children with a lot of hard work, dedication, passion and passion. The condition of Dastarbandi in memorization is that the student recites a round of five verses, that is why most of the graduating students recite the entire Holy Quran orally in one sitting. This shows the educational quality of the institution and the hard work and dedication of the teachers and students. It should be clear that usually in Madrasahs the teaching of memorization is based on the tradition of Imam Asim (may Allah have mercy on him). But praise be to Allah, in this institution, the recitation of Imam Asim according to tradition is also completed in the memorization of the Holy Quran.

Supervisor Department

In this department, the local children are taught Quran Sharif, religion etc. It is a characteristic of Jamiatul Qurra that the early education of children is also done with the exception of Tajweed and children are made accustomed to pronouncing each letter with its correct pronunciation. And recite the Holy Qur'an with the exception of necessary rules.

Computer Department

In this department, computer education is given to the students of literacy and education. The purpose of this is that the students can walk in step with the steps of the contemporaries in this age of science and technology so that they do not feel any shortage.

Examinations

Quarterly Examination

This exam starts from the last days of the month of Safarul Muzaffar and usually ends by 01/Rabi al-Awwal. 21/ Rabi-ul-Noor is a half-monthly holiday after the procession. In this examination, the test papers for reading to intermediate, including special reading, are prepared by the teachers of the institution, and the copies are checked by the teachers. . While the speech test of memorization and recitation is conducted by Head teachers. The purpose of this test is to evaluate the educational activities in the last 6/months and to improve the academic pace.

Annual Examination

This exam is conducted from 1st of Shaban and ends on 61/Shaban. Students are promoted to the next classes only if they succeed in it and those who fail can be conditionally exempted to study in the same class for only one year. If he succeeds in this year, then he is fine, otherwise he is expelled from the institute. In the annual examination, all the examination papers, copy examination and speech examinations of the primary to intermediate and special readings are conducted by the teachers of Ashrafiya.

Principle Exam

  • A student whose attendance in terms of academic days is less than 80/percent is not authorized to participate in the annual examination.
  • There are three grades for the students who pass the examination, whose minimum marks are as follows:
  • First Division 60/per cent
  • Second Division 54/percent
  • Third Division 33/percent
  • A minimum of 33/percent marks in all papers is mandatory to pass.
  • A student who fails to obtain 33/percent marks in aggregate is declared as failed. And his progress in the next grade is stopped.

Instructions for Exam

  • It is important for every student to consider the following issues:
  • Every student should remember the date, time and place.
  • Every student should check his seat time one hour before the exam, so that he does not have to worry about the exact time.
  • Exam time is from 9 am to 12 pm.
  • The student should see his new roll number in the announced new list, and write the same roll number on the copy. If the copy becomes useless due to mistake of roll number, the student himself will be responsible for it.
  • Every student should reach his/her seat 01/minute before the scheduled time after completing the requirements and should not try to sneak out during the exam.
  • No student should bring objectionable items (parts, sheets, paper etc.) with him/her. Otherwise, he will be responsible for his own fate.
  • *Sit in the exam hall with all politeness and seriousness. Objectionable behavior (staring, peeking, questioning, chattering, etc.) must be avoided.
  • Every student should follow the examination discipline completely. Violation will be severely penalized.
  • It is important for every student to consider the following while writing the answers:
  • After receiving the copy, the student should first fill the cover page clearly.
  • Read the questions with full satisfaction and present mind and write down the answers after understanding them
  • If there is any instruction in the question, then understand it very well so as not to make any mistake in haste that you will regret later.
  • Write only “Answer No” prominently (from the sketch) before the answer. For example: Answer No. 1.
  • Write the answers clearly on each page. Leave half an inch of space on the left and right margins.
  • Do not write your name anywhere on the copy.
  • The student should take special care to solve all the required questions within the time, but leave enough time to revise his answers.
  • No student should attempt to collect the copy before 2 hours even if all the answers have been solved. You will be allowed to leave the examination hall only after two hours.
